Unfortunately as part of my order there was a meal deal and no chips were included only the can on juice. Luckily I had bought a large portion of chips as part of my order so this could be shared.

Very enjoyable yet again. Definitely the best pizza in Johnstone.

Delivery took a little while but I did order in the middle of a tea time rush. Food was delicious and piping hot. I was even given a slice of cake because I waited a bit longer than usual.

Food is good but portion size has dropped drastically large kebab is about size of small one now 🥺

Arrived an hour and a half early. Ordering was confusing so I ended up with no cheese on the burger, even though it's part of it. I've ordered before when they were under frenzos and always had a great experience. But this time it was sorely lacking.

I have been charged for this. It never arrived. No correspondence from the shop. I ordered through the website. You have my phone number and email address

Chicken strips were spicy and I asked for them plain as I can’t eat spicy food, wrap fell to bits as wasn’t wrapped properly and was all soggy can of Diet Pepsi was 2 months out of date

My order was 20 mins late and sent the wrong order. I phoned them and they sorted it out

First time having a pizza from here and it was good.. will be back to try the chicken.

Excellent service

Ordered a veggie burger came without half the filling phoned to say about issue. Told it was the wrong burger delivered and new one would be delivered and 3 hours later still not here.

My order didn’t arrive and every time I phoned to complain, the phone just rang out and then went to answer machine. I an very annoyed, I am a regular customer and the service from Max’s/Frenzo has become very poor. Last week I ordered the family peri peri meal deal. I was supposed to get 3 dips, when I opened up the bag there were no dips. I was also meant to get a bottle of juice, I only got 1 can instead of a large bottle. My previous order to this was also wrong, there were no chips with my order. So thar’s me now had problems with the last THREE orders, customer service is unbelievably bad now. I am thinking about never ordering again as the service is so bad. Such a shame as the food is always amazing. Maybe you will give me a free meal or some other compensation to make up for the shockingly bad service I have had over the last month.😡
